This Biometric Consent Agreement explains how Authentiface, Inc. collects, processes, stores, and protects biometric information used for authentication.

By enrolling in or using Authentiface’s biometric authentication services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily consent to the practices described below.

Purpose

Authentiface provides biometric authentication technology that generates an encrypted biometric template from your facial features to verify your identity.

Our system is designed with privacy as a core principle.

  • Raw facial images are not retained for authentication.
  • Biometric templates are encrypted.
  • Biometric templates are used solely for identity verification.
  • Templates cannot be reverse engineered to recreate your facial image.

Consent to Use Biometric Information

By choosing to enroll in biometric authentication, you voluntarily authorize Authentiface to create and use an encrypted biometric template for authentication purposes.

Your biometric template will only be used to verify your identity when you choose to authenticate using Authentiface.

Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.


How Your Biometric Information Is Used

Your biometric information is used exclusively for:

  • Identity verification
  • Secure authentication
  • Fraud prevention
  • Protecting access to authorized systems

Authentiface does not use biometric information for:

  • Advertising
  • Marketing
  • Profiling
  • Selling biometric information
  • Any purpose unrelated to authentication

Storage and Security

Authentiface is designed to minimize the collection and storage of sensitive information.

Our security practices include:

  • Encrypted biometric templates
  • Industry-standard encryption
  • Secure authentication processes
  • Privacy-first system architecture

Authentiface does not sell or intentionally disclose biometric information to third parties.


Retention and Deletion

Biometric templates are retained only for as long as necessary to provide authentication services.

Your biometric information will be deleted when:

  • You disable biometric authentication.
  • Your account is permanently deleted.
  • You withdraw your consent.
  • Retention is no longer necessary for authentication.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Decline biometric authentication.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Request information about how your biometric information is processed.
  • Request deletion of your biometric information where applicable.

Alternative authentication methods may be available if you choose not to use biometric authentication.


Protection of Your Information

Authentiface uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect biometric information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

While no security system is completely immune from risk, we continually work to maintain strong security practices to protect the information entrusted to us.


Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Biometric Consent Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our technology, services, or legal obligations.

Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will indicate the most recent revision.
